Couture Creations 2016/17 Design Team Audition

This is my Audition for the 2016/2017 Couture Creations Design Team.

I have created a some projects to show how I have used some embossing folders and dies on cards, tags, off the page and a layout.

What an awesome opportunity it would be If I were selected to be apart of 
 The Couture Creations Design Team, with so many wonderful products already produced I cant wait to see what the next 12 months has to offer, and to be apart of a team of like minded crafters would be amazing.

I created the background for both the card and tag using papers, washi tapes, Gesso and coloured mists.

Top of Lantern

I have used the branches and leaves off the Large Winter Tree Die as a flourish on the top of the lantern. 

Embossed Acetate and lantern on

I have embossed the acetate using the Tied Together embossing folder.

I have used Cardstock and the Vintage Rose paper collection to create this lantern.

I have also used ribbons, string pearls and flowers from my stash.

I Love Your Smile Layout

I used a piece of an old cardboard box as the background for this layout. I covered it with Gesso and coloured it using mists.

I then used white Distress stain on my Party Time Embossing folder and used it as a stamp to add the circles to my background.

I havent used any patterned papers at all on this layout, they are all cardstock that I have altered using embossing folders, sandpaper and ink.
